Directions

Driving south on C Street turn left, just south of Benson, and before 31st Ave.  Perception Physical Therapy is in the same building as Keller Williams Realty.

When entering the building from the west/main entrance you will see Perception Physical Therapy, in Suite 102, as the first office on the left. Please proceed directly to the lobby and let the receptionist know you are here for an appointment with Corina Carlson at Perception Physical Therapy.

Handicapped parking is on the west side of the building directly outside the front door.
